Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Goods must be returned in a saleable, new, condition. On receipt of the goods a refund will be processed.
Faulty Goods:
We try our best to ensure all products are in perfect condition, but on the rare occasion goods are damaged or faulty please contact us at jen@dilly-dally.co.uk for advice on how to proceed to receive a refund or exchange.
If it is required to send faulty goods back to Dilly-Dally Jewellery a refund
of reasonable return postage will be made.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges, goods will need to be returned and
re-ordered except where faulty.
Return Conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must
be in new condition. Make sure to include contact information with the return.
We will make a refund of eligible returns.
